Giftz is a Shopify app that adds gift wrap and gift message options to a store's cart.

What we store

Your shop domain, the access credentials Shopify gives the app, and your Giftz settings (wrap styles, prices and texts). We do not store any customer personal data. Gift messages are saved by Shopify on the cart and order, not by Giftz.

What we do with Shopify data

Giftz creates and updates one hidden "Gift wrap" product in your store and saves its settings to your store so your theme can show the gift options.

Deletion

When you uninstall Giftz, its credentials are revoked. All shop data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop deletion request, 48 hours after uninstall.
